The toilet bowl in our room was clogged. No hot water for the bathtub just the shower. I rated 2 coz the staff are all nice and accommodating.

on first day, they did not assigned me with the right accomodations, it was not the deluxe room, but they did not give me credit for the difference. the toilet was not flushing and the hotel staff did not take appropriate measures to mitigate it and we end manually filling the tank to flush the toilet ...

Theres no wifi. At all. Like it doesnt exist. Every single thing in the room is broke. The doors, chairs, table, shower, air. Everything. Its all broken. Host is rude. Communication is terrible. Room is terrible and dirty. Dont stay here.
