Entire house is accessible to guest. One closet locked with seasonal decor storage.

Pocono Township bans the use of Fireworks. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Any use of fireworks will result in immediate termination of rental without refund. All penalties and fines from the township will be the responsibility of the renter.
No fireworks are permitted per township ordinance.

Late check out fee: $50 per hour. For the first 2 hours, and $100 each hour thereafter. Please be respectful and depart on time, so we can prepare the home for the next guest to enjoy.

Need an alternate checkout time: advance arrangements can be made to alter checkout time for $30 per hour. Only available by approval and if no guest coming in that night. Subject to cleaners availability.

1 dog 50lbs or smaller. Dog fee of $50per stay. Must clean up after pet. Additional $200 for failure to clean up.
