Upon arriving the house was welcoming and immaculate. There was a bottle of wine left for us by the host Don. He was amazing with getting back to us with a couple of questions that we had. This was a girls trip and it was everything and more. It was equipped with everything imagined . It had beautiful Martini glasses that we used . The hot tub hit just right after sitting by the magnificent fireplace. The pool table was a great touch too we had fun playing together listening to music with the TV’s AirPlay. We also went night time tubing at Camelback which was walking distance. We can’t wait to visit this property again. Don went above and beyond in making our vacation spectacular.

Tannersville Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The photographs accurately represented the property. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great addition. We also really appreciated the bottle of wine left for us on arrival. Communication with the hosts was thorough, timely, and helpful. Highly recommend this property for any Poconos trip!

Lovely extended weekend

Wonderfully comfortable single family home away from home. Excellent stay and excellent hosts. Upon check-in we were greeted with a welcome sign and bottle of wine. As well as towels designed as animals which is such a cute touch. Hot tub was awesome and such a welcomed treat at the end of the day. As well as the gas fire table which was way easier to heat up for the traditional vacation s’mores than a traditional firepit. Fully functioning kitchen with Keurig, standard coffee pot and new appliances. Even a stackable washer and dryer! Rooms are spacious with queen beds and super comfy linens. I also appreciate the dressers and closet space in each room. Even a baby crib. Couple of notes for additional transparency and detail, not meant as anything negative. Instructions for the house were very detailed and appreciated. I wish VRBO would allow live links from the app to the hosts guide. Keep a browser tab open to refer back to this hosts guidebook for any instructions including the hot tub! There is certainly an extra long flight of stairs to get into the house. There is a small property for the dog on either side of the house. It’s tricky accessibility from the back doors and not so accessible from the front door. Property was totally fine and adequate for a small dog who was happy to share it with the resident deer family. Pool table area can be a little tight on some shots. And there’s tons of other traditional games as well as video games.

Great spot for a fun getaway in the Poconos!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was as described and the location is great for easy access to fun attractions in the Poconos like the local water parks. The hot tub was especially enjoyable for the whole family as well as the pool table. We also liked the screened in porch for sitting outside. Thanks for a great visit!

Great location and spacious home

We enjoyed our stay at Don & Heathers Poconos home. The house was spacious and the location was nice and quiet. The interior of the home was very clean however the exterior windows looking into the backyard were dirty which took away from the beautiful view. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great and my children's bunk beds squeaked with every movement. Our stay was short so I did not mention anything to the hosts. I'm certain they would have handled it immediately as they were excellent communicators. I would definitely return again in the summer if these items were addressed.

Wonderful spot. Even wonderful hosts!

From the minute, we walked in with a little note welcoming us to the towels shapes like animals in every room. I knew we picked the right spot. Don and Heather also got us a bottle of wine from the local winery, which was delicious. Don was super helpful and responded quickly to some questions we had. We are already planning a trip to come back with our kids. Is the house definitely could accommodate couples for romantic week away or a full family. Location is also great located near great restaurants, great breweries, great wineries and fun activities for everyone. Thanks Don and Heather!

Great Hosts!

First I want to say Don and Heather are fabulous hosts. There was a minor problem and they were very responsive and it was taken care of in a matter of five minutes. The house is comfy and we loved hanging out in the screened in porch at night. Daytime we were at the beautiful pool which was never very crowded. Our family had a wonderful stay

The house and development were really nice and had everything we needed. We loved sitting outside on the screened-in deck. The only downfall was the hot tub temperature was set too low so we could not use it on the first night of our 2 night stay. We would stay here again.

Small but Cozy Cabin close to Slopes

My wife and I along with 4 of our friends stayed here for a weekend trip to the Poconos to do some snowtubing and snowboarding at Camelback. The location was by far the best I have ever had when coming up there for a weekend as it was only a 4 min drive to Camelback for activities. Really can't beat that! As for the cabin itself, it is up on a hill you have to walk to which wasn't a problem for us but something to consider if you are bringing up older guests. All 3 bedrooms were roomy and beds comfy so all of us enjoyed a good night's sleep. Bathrooms/kitchen aren't updated by any means but they get the job done and everything was clean with towels for both showering and for the hot tub! Hot Tub was nice and relaxing after a long day on the slopes, would recommend for a relaxing weekend for sure. Thanks! Taylor

We had booked this trip last minute to celebrate our anniversary and we were greeted with beautiful, flowers, balloons and wine. They made our weekend very special and we were so happy with the home and us exactly as pictured. It is close to so many great restaurants and shopping.
