„Property was great, the management company looking after it not so much. My check in was at 3pm. I had not received any Checkin instructions by then. I sent sms, called, send them messages in bookabachs messaging system from 2.30pm onwards. I must’ve called a few times, sent several messages but no reply whatsoever. Calling their number went direct to voicemail every time. I left messages and nothing. Then I spent the next 2 hours on the call with Bookabach support who tried to get in touch with ...
