Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
The host is on property. You are staying on her property, which is a musty basement with tons of airfresheners. It does state that in property listing that she will be there. She seems very nosy. My kids were uncomfortable cause she was watching them outside and as they were entering the hot tub. She also had dogs that were in the yard a lot and we could hear them barking often. She told VRBO that they weren't there, but they were.
The top bunk bed was very very loose and wobbling, it was unsafe for my son to sleep on.
The queen size bed in the other room had dirty towels on it when we arrived. And very uncomfortable. Every time you turned or moved it made very loud noises.
The kitchenette had no sink. So pretty impossible to clean up after ourselves. There was a lot of dust on the shelves.
I would say the property was a good location as being close to wild mountain.
The bathroom lights had cobwebs all over them, but lots of towels for us to use:
Originally, we booked for 3 nights but after 30 mins of booking we had a conflict and changed to 2 nights. It took her quite some time to refund us for one of the nights. She was supposed to refund us $88.33 and only gave us $75. She needed changing the new booking price to a lot more so she didn't have to refund us for the one night.
