« The shower cubicle had no place for the soap or shower gel, this means you end up with soap and shampoo on the floor of the cubicle - suggest you put two shelves in the corner of the cubicle. The room doors are too heavy to close, this means there is noise from door banging - suggest you make sure doors close easily and put rubber seal on the door to reduce the noise when closing. The Hypnos beds are very good. »

« We were here the night before a cruise. Other hotels near cruise port were double the price. This was still convenient and much less expensive. Clean and nice. Friendly staff. »

« Chambre bien. Le petit dejeuner decevant.Normalement le petit dejeuner est tres varie, alors que cette fois ci, le choix etait limite seulement croissant aucune variete de pains. »

« Moisissure dans la douche. Nourriture manquante du buffet déjeuner. Obligée de manger sur place car très éloigné du centre-ville. Aucun service de navette pour les déplacements le centre-ville déplorable. Cependant les members de personnel étaient super gentils. »

« Bon emplacement pour l'accès aux routes. Petit déjeuner très bien. Pas trop Eco responsable, les serviettes ont été remplacées chaque jour, je n'avais pas demandé, puis la climatisation tourne en permanence même quand il fait 20C à l'extérieur. »

« Réservation faite pour la piscine mais ce n'était pas accessible pour les enfants que l'après-midi. Pas mentionné avant d'arriver ! Petit déjeuner plus tard le samedi. Notre fille a eu un lit plus petit pour partager avec son fils de 6 ans que notre autre fille a eu pour dormir seule. En plus le matelas n'était pas terrible. Seul nous aurions apprécié notre séjour plus. Personnel sympathique. Dommage qu'il y avait un longue queue de voitures quand nous sommes arrivés donc 30 minutes l'attente...

« My friend and I enjoyed our stay although due to staff illness our treatment times were moved and one if mine was not available and I have not yet received an email confirming the £79.00 I paid for a treatment as credit as this could not be accommodated on the day. This was discussed at the spa reception. »

« A lot of noise from people walking in and out, and kids screaming early in the morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault. But some sound isolation would be nice. The room was nice enough, nothing extra there. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bed was okay, but not the best. »
