First we got a room on the lowest floor - which was supposed to be an upgrade. However the room was quite worn down already. We were looking directly onto a roof and even though asked to change the room there was no possibility accoding to front desk.
In the morning the cleaning ladies startet at 7 to rumble directly opposite our door. After day 3 of our 6 days stay I made a really angry call to the front desk and finally we got to change our room.
After that everyone was very committed to make our stay as comfortable as possible, we got some free chocolate and a bottle of wine. Also customer service asked several times if we were happy now. This is the reason for the intermediate rating - otherwise it would have been very poor.
