« The setting of the property was lovely. Nestled in the mountains, yet an easy drive to the neighboring city of Murphy. Everything we needed could be found there.The home was very nice and equipped with anything we might need. Spent evenings enjoying the sunset from the deck. they were spectacular.We took several day trips never more than an hour away. Most were closer. »

« This property was a piece of heaven. If you love quiet and nature, this place for you. We woke up in the morning and got to enjoy watching the deer on the property. The house was very clean and well kept. Tara was very responsive to messages. »

« Relax in the rocking chairs on the front porch or in the zero gravity chairs and listen to the bubbling creek, cicadas, birds, etc. All the things we are usually too busy to pay attention to or are not available to us where we live. Unplug and relax. Reconnect with nature. »

« This is a great property for a family gathering. We had 13 people, ages 20-84, for an 80th birthday celebration and The Holler couldn't have been a better place for us. It is clean, has comfortable beds and great gathering places: outside, the pool table, are the living room/seating area. The décor is also well done! Real cute, welcoming place. »

« We only were able to stay for one night for work, but I would definitely stay again. The bed was comfy, the cabin was clean, it had everything you could need. The creek in the back is a huge bonus. It was nice having an additional ac unit in the bedroom. We were really only there to sleep on this trip, but would love to come back in the future to enjoy it. It is in a private, peaceful location. You can be in Murphy in about 10-15 minutes. »

« This property was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. My husband and I enjoyed both porch areas where we could watch for local wild-life in the peaceful areas surrounding the house. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were super clean. We are looking forward to future stays with our children! »

« If you are even remotely thinking of staying at this property, DO IT! We were intrigued by the idea of staying in an old railway car, but the experience far exceeded our expectations. The grounds around the rail-car were spectacular. Gardens, flowers, fish-pond, and an exceptional fire-pit. We were in town for a show at a local music/food venue called The Shed, but were also able to fit in a few hikes at nearby Cades Cove. An all round spectacular weekend. The hosts were communcative when...
