Fantastic property; Spa a bit inconvenient
I had a group of 15 friends staying together for my bachelor party. Overall, the property was fantastic. It was clean, as advertised, with plenty of space for a group our size. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the outdoor grill got great use. The house had plenty to keep us busy between the mini golf, game room, theater room, etc. We didn't go to any wineries, but if you want to they are just down the road.The reason for a 4 star review vs a 5 star review is that using the spa was not as convenient as we would have liked. It was an additional 100 per day to use (you have to pay for your entire trip), which we were fine paying. We were told to contact the property management when we wanted this turned on which was easy enough as we communicated over text. However, what was not made clear to us until the second day was that the spa only stays on for 2 hours at a time, and you need to reach out to the property management each time you want it turned on, which will then take 45 minutes to heat up.This felt a bit inconvenient for our trip, as we were hoping to use the spa as we pleased, rather than having to plan our spa use in advance. The final day we wanted to use the spa all night, and the property management did set an alarm to restart it after 2 hours for us. Overall, great property. Spa use feels inconvenient for guests and management, and I hope they find a way to let guests turn on the spa at their desire.
