„This place is MASSIVE and perfectly suited our needs for a family reunion of 22 people. There was room to spread out so folks were not jammed-in together. The pool was fantastic and the BBQ pavilion made all the meals easy to cook, distribute and eat (breakfast, lunch and dinner). We had access to two humungous kitchens and there was ample parking for everyone.But, the best part was the cordiality, professionalism and attention that was provided by the Host and the Caretaker. „Our family’s third time staying at Valencia Estates celebrating mom’s 97th birthday and we can’t wait for the fourth! This is the only place she asks to come back to celebrate each year. Highlights are the beautiful views, hanging out by the pool watching the gorgeous sunsets and watching the hot air balloons in the early mornings. Also, picking oranges and making fresh squeezed orange juice is a plus! Stephanie is an excellent and accommodating hostess. Thank you for another memorable stay!“

„The property was the perfect accommodations for my family and friends during our weekend getaway to wine country. It was able to sleep all of us comfortably, and both the oversized couch in the living room and outdoor pool were able to fit everyone with room to spare! Watching the sun set over the Fallbrook valley from the backyard was one of my favorite memories from this trip. The property manager was really responsive and tended to all of our requests and questions too. Highly recommend this ...

„We were in town for a sporting event at Galway Downs, place was within 10 minutes which made it super convenient. The house had plenty of space for everyone to relax after being out in the sun most of the day. Host was responsive and accommodating, we would definitely return and book this place in the future. “

"Die Klientel am Wochenende ist z.T. von der Party & Sauffraktion. Sehr unschön, wenn man aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit unfreiwillig mitbekommt, dass der Zimmernachbar zu tief ins Glas geschaut hat und sich die halbe Nacht wie ein röhrender Hirsch über dem Klo erleichtert. Die Frühstücksleistung ist nicht der Rede wert (kein Aufschnitt). Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich."
