« My partner and I really enjoyed our relaxing stay at this condo. Even the folks in the building were friendly. We appreciated Rick‘s prompt responses to our questions as newbies- This was our first VRBO stay as opposed to hotels. We had the pool to ourselves during our stay which was nice. At dusk, I captured this great sunset shot from our balcony. Rick had everything we could have possibly needed. Just wish we could have taken the steam shower home with us! « The electricity was not on when we got there There weren't enough bath and hand towels, we booked for 7 people and got 3 bath towels and 2 hand towels. There was a patio but no patio furniture. No Garage codes we had to walk around the building to enter and leave . It wasn't as clean as I thought it would be and we never did get the television to work. On the plus side it had ample room for 4 adults and 3 preteen boys. There weren't enough hangers though so I'd bring some or buy some cheap ones...

« Our little family had a wonderful time at this condo over the long weekend! The location was perfect—close to everything, and just steps from the beach. The unit was clean and well-appointed, with everything we could possibly need. It was updated, charming, and we will definitely be back! »

« My husband and I stayed 5 nights very near to Rubedoux walking and hiking trails and downtown Riverside with its wonderful Old Mission District. The condo was very clean, furniture was comfortable , all our needs were met . Outside private patio was a treat. Communication with host was always very quick with response. Freeway access was fast and easy but we got around well on surface roads within the city. We will be back next year for another graduation at CBU »

« We absolutely love this property! If you are a beach lover, you will love it, too. Check-in was a breeze; the owners responded within minutes when we had a question; our family enjoyed the full-size appliances to accommodate our food/cooking needs. The amenities/extras were top notch and made our stay much more enjoyable: beach chairs, towels, laundry room, and parking. This is our second stay, and we will rebook this property when we return. »
