3 Wochen Paradise
Wir haben die Wohnung 3 Wochen genutzt, würden in die Anlage jederzeit wieder fahren, es war sehr schön. Luxus Apartment am Strand stimmt nicht, zum Strand ist es ein weiter Weg, es gibt aber einen. Schönes Apartment am Meer würde es besser treffen. Einige Tage musste ich mobil Arbeiten, das war uneingeschränkt inklusive Videokonferenzen möglich. Angenehm war auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Am Poll ist alles sauber und gepflegt, an der Bar kann man gut sitzen, Essen und Getränke sind fein. Alle Mitarbeiter, mit dem wir kontakt hatten, von der Security über die Verwaltung bis zu den Mitarbeitern an der Bar waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, einfach nette Menschen, vielen Dank.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gut gelegen. Direkter Parkplatz vor der Tür. Perfekt für Familien geeignet. Luxus stelle ich mir etwas anders vor. Die Einrichtung ist eher etwas abgewohnt und so sauber war es leider nicht.

Großzügige und angenehme Unterkunft in einer schönen Anlage
Sehr schöne Wohnung, zweistöckig mit tollem Ausblick auf den zwei Balkonen. Sehr gut ausgestattet und es blieben kaum Wünsche offen. Allerdings ist die Wohnung schon in die Jahre gekommen, so dass einige Kleinigkeiten repariert bzw. erneuert werden müssten, um den Standard "Luxus" beizubehalten. Z.B. Vorhangstange im Schlafzimmer hängt durch und bricht vielleicht auch mal durch; Löcher in den Decken (Schlafzimmer, Bad unten) müssten mit neuen Beleuchtungskörpern bestückt werden; Wasserhahn in der Küche muss dringend erneuert werden (Arbeitsplatte bereits beschädigt); Liegepolster für die Sonnenliegen sollten auch mal erneuert werden (Zwar sauber, aber starke Gebrauchsspuren), dasselbe gilt für die Handtücher, sowohl zum Duschen als auch für die Liegen. Diese Kleinigkeiten haben zu einer Abwertung des Gesamteindrucks geführt, obwohl es für uns grundsätzlich nur Nebenerscheinungen waren. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Wohnungsbetreuung war toll, nach Reklamation wurde sogar ein neuer Fernseher installiert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung auswählen.

Unterkunft entspricht absolut dem Angebot!
Das Gelände ist mit einer Mauer umschlossen. Es gibt einen Wachdienst, der tatsächlich das macht, was er soll. Ich habe selbst gesehen, daß ein Auto das Gelände nicht verlassen durfte. Zum Ärger des Fahrers. Ausserdem bekommt man Strafzettel dafür, dass das Handtuch zum Trocken vom Balkon hängt. Ich habe mir einen gefangen. Ordnung und Sauberkeit werden in dieser Anlage groß geschrieben Sehr gut! Die drei Pools sind sauber, nicht überfüllt sowie für Schwimmer, Nichtschwimmer und Kleinkinder geeignet. Jedes Apartment hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung selbst ist so, wie im Angebot versprochen. Sauber und sämtliche Geräte funktionierten. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief problemlos. Ob auf Englisch, Spanisch oder Deutsch - Alles kein Problem. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Kurz gesagt: Perfekt und vielen Dank!

Sperrmüll Einrichtung im Haus mit gepflegter Außenanlage
Die Ferienwohnung war unsauber. Die Couch und die Auflagen der Sitzmöbel hatte unzählbare Flecken. Ein uralter Filter in der Kaffeemaschine war verschimmelt und die Waschmaschine aufgrund des Schimmels unbenutzbar. Die uralten zusammengesuchten Handtüchern konnten wir nicht waschen. Die Außenanlage mit Pool war im krassen Gegensatz hierzu gepflegt.

If the state of the apartment was as bad as you want us to believe, because we do not communicate it at the time of your stay. We do not understand what was your problem with the washing machine, because other people have used it after you and have had no problem. I do not know why you made such an ugly comment when you could have communicated your dissatisfaction during your stay and we would have tried to help you as much as possible. Wenn der Zustand der Wohnung so schlecht war, wie Sie uns glauben machen möchten, weil wir es zum Zeitpunkt Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht kommunizieren. Wir verstehen nicht, was dein Problem mit der Waschmaschine war, weil andere Leute es nach dir benutzt haben und kein Problem hatten. Ich weiß nicht, warum Sie so einen hässlichen Kommentar abgegeben haben, als Sie während Ihres Aufenthaltes Ihre Unzufriedenheit hätten mitteilen können und wir hätten versucht, Ihnen so viel wie möglich zu helfen. Es ist ein bisschen komisch, wenn er so unglücklich war, warte fast zwei Monate, um es uns zu sagen! Trotzdem werden wir alle Ihre Beschwerden überprüfen und wir werden sie lösen, wenn sie klar sind ....

Relaxen am Pool
Wir haben als Familie den Aufenthalt in der ruhigen Anlage sehr genossen. Besonders angenehm war die gut gepflegte Poollandschaft mit der anliegenden Bar, in der es gutes und preisgünstiges Essen und ebensolche Cocktails gab. Das Apartment war geräumig genug für vier Personen, einzig die Ausstattung hätte etwas umfangreicher sein können, z.B. fehlte ein Wasserkocher. Auch das WLan am Pool funktionierte nicht immer zuverlässig. Man sollte auch unbedingt ein Auto mieten, wenn man zum Strand möchte. Nicht weit entfernt ist das Barranco del Infierno, das man wandernd erkunden sollte. Insgsamt ist der Aufenthalt empfehlenswert, wir haben uns wohlgfühlt und gut erholt.

Nice apartment with great facilities on site.
The apartment has a wonderful sea view and all the facilities you need for a nice relaxing stay. Lovely pool area and a great on site bar/cafe serving great food at reasonable prices. It is a quieter area and whilst we do enjoy walking this might not be for everyone as quite hilly. But we had a great, restful stay. A lovely home from home experience. Thank you.

Heel fijn en ruim appartement. Ontvangst verliep vervelend. De persoon die ons zou ontvangen dwingend appte dat we snel moesten komen, omdat ze nog naar een volgend adres moest. Zij noemde hierbij dat ze al wachtte van voor onze landingstijd. Onze ervaring is dat wachten op koffers en huurauto al snel een uur duurt en in dit geval helaas nog iets langer. Het was wel fijn dat we bij uitchecken langer konden blijven vanwege late vlucht.

Amazing Property For A Young Family
This property was absolutely amazing. My wife and I were traveling with our 11 month old and needed a crib for her to sleep. The host went out of her way to provide one for us. The place was absolutely spotless when we checked in. The property was gated, provided a parking space directly across from our front door, and made leaving for day trips very easy. The extra bedroom made naps for our child super easy and gave us time to relax on one of the two patios with breathtaking views. The property was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, and other types of holiday locations. We even spent a day staying on the property because it had multiple pools and a pool bar / restaurant. The food at the pool restaurant was great and the drinks were cold. There was a kiddy pool which made it great for children and small families. Finally, I am an avid runner and the location was very runner friendly. I started every day with a 5 mile run and while there are a lot of hills, there were plenty of safe sidewalks and paths to run along. My wife and I both agreed that we couldn’t have found a better spot. I am actually surprised this place doesn’t cost more than it did because it exceeded our expectations. Don’t think twice and book this spot.

Lovely Apartment in an Amazing Complex
The apartment is gorgeous, wonderful location in a beautiful complex in a quieter part of Costa Adeje. The apartment has everything you need and has fabulous views from both balconies. The pool complex is wonderful - we spent most of our time hanging out there, the kids loved it. Special mention also has to go to the pool side cafe which has a great varied menu and a resonable price. Highly recommend.

Nous avons séjourné à 4 (adultes et 2 enfants de 9 et 14 ans) L'appartement est assez spacieux, fonctionnel et bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave linge, four, grille-pain,TV, mais en espagnol...). Certes rien de nécessairement indispensable en vacances mais néanmoins bien appréciable quand c'est là ! La résidence est calme, pas surbondée (et pourtant nous étions en vacances mi juillet à mi aout). La piscine est vaste et agréable. Le bar-cafétaria agréable : on y mange bien à un prix raisonnable et les cocktails sont très bons. Cela étant dit, l'appartement n'a rien d'un appartement de luxe comme annoncé dans le titre. Il a vieilli depuis et mériterait une rénovation (boiseries usées sur le balcon, sur le plan de travail de la cuisine et de la SDB, robinetterie HS, transat sur le balcon de haut très défraichis et cassés, salon de repas également....). Il manque cruellement de linge de maison et il mériterait d'être renouvellé. Difficile de dormir à plus de 4. Il y a une chambre à l'étage avec un lit double et un couchage d'appoint mais bon courage à ceux qui dormiront dessus. Donc le titre est accrocheur mais pas conforme à la réalité. Malgré ces réserves, l'appartement reste suffisant pour des vacances.

Great stay in 24 gated community 👍
Property is ideal for 2 couples. 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms. Hired car parked outside the property and fully protected. Apartment, as it says, with great views, the odd upgrade needed but that is being picky. Pool area, brilliant, beer at 2€ sangria 5€ food very reasonable. Turn left out of Adeje Paradise follow the road round to the Hard Rock Hotel about a mile away. Just up from that The Brittania Sports Pub, John Smiths and huge spirits supplied. Look for a 3.60 Bar, great food, bargain prices👍 Apartment host excellent, the odd minor problem was sorted and very good communications.

L'appartement est à l'image du cactus qui vous accueille sur le péron : sec et abandonné. Il a dû être beau... avant! Ce que vous devez savoir avant de réserver : propreté limite, poussière sous les lits, dessus de hotte qui n'a jamais vu une éponge,couche de graisse, restes de pâtes, riz et autres dans les placards. Plusieurs spots manquant dans la salle de bain et chambre du bas, des fils électriques pendent du plafond ! Lampe du salon qui a perdu son abat-jour, ampoules nues. Porte placard dans l'entrée cassée qui manque de vous tomber sur les pieds à chaque ouverture. Volets ont travaillé, il faut être 2 pour les fermer. Plan de travail cuisine rongé par l'humidité, robinet mal fixé. La chambre du haut n'est pas isolée du bas par une porte, vous profitez du bruit et des odeurs de cuisine du rdc.Le lit pour 2 autres personnes est un futon collé au lit .Il faisait encore très chaud la journée en cette saison, la chambre du haut,sous les toits, est un sauna la nuit, pas même un ventilateur à disposition, j'ai dû me résigner à dormir sur la terrasse ! Impossibilité d'occulter la lumière du jour: puit de lumière et rideau accès terrasse cassé. La résidence est calme, mais pas celle d'à côté ! Spectacles TOUS les soirs jusqu'à 23h, n'imaginez pas lire tranquillement sur votre terrasse. Vous devrez aussi fermer vos fenêtres pour pouvoir regarder votre émission à la TV. Porte serviette salle de bain rouillé. Pas un grille pain ou machine à café capsules, ce qui est souvent disponible dans des locations non vendues comme luxueuses... Nous avons apprécié la vue et l'absence de vis à vis depuis la terrasse supérieure. En résumé: Une inadéquation totale entre le prix de cette location et sa qualité. Notions du luxe à revoir par le propriétaire et travaux impératifs à faire. Quant au bruit... PS: J'ai bien sûr toutes les photos qui corroborent mes dires.

Très bel appartement en duplex, idéal pour 2 couples, voire plus. 2 terrasses, 1 pour le p'tit dèj, l'autre pour le farniente le soir, au calme. Endroit sécurisé, belles piscines, proche des plages et des restaus, très bien.

Appartement dans résidence agréable
Nous connaissions déjà la résidence donc pas de surprise.Ce qui est sympa,c’est la piscine et le bar. Appartement très fonctionnel et pratique avec place de parking juste devant la porte.Appartement agréable mais on ne peut pas parler de luxe. Jolie vue mer.Nous avions choisi cet emplacement car proche du golf d’Adeje. Le propriétaire a été très sympathique et nous a permis de quitter l’appartement plus tard .

We zochten een plek voor een rustig relaxed weekje Tenerife. Deze plek voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Fijn appartement. Vanaf 10.30 tot 19.00 zon op het terras.(maart) fantastisch zwembad , met een bar voor drankjes en lekker eten , echt een aanrader!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is on a lovely complex. It's on two levels and overlooks the sea, with the sun on the terraces late morning onwards. The apartment great. There's a washing machine and dishwasher, which we didn't use. Two TV's, which we didn't watch either. Beach towels are provided. We arrived early evening and met Maria. I would advise asking the owner for a phone number, which I did and was given Maria's number who is on WhatsApp. So communicated by this method. This is a gated complex and there's a security guard on the gate. I get the impression, that if you experience any issues with your neighbours, the guard would deal with this. We didn't have any need though. You're not getting in without a key! On the site, there's a lovely reasonable bar that serves food. This opens at 12noon though, I was hoping to have breakfast there the first morning. We had a few meals there and the portions are for me too big. Better that way though. I had a few cocktails, for example and Aperol Spritz, a Strawberry Mojito, both were 4.90 euros. Very cheap and lovely too. Belgian beers, etc... There's two small supermarkets as you turn right out of the complex, up the hill for a few hundred yards, turn right again and into a little shopping area. The bus (471) to Los Cristianos goes from just past there on the left hand side of the road too. We did this and it cost just over 5 euros for the two of us one way. This is the closest bus stop. The only thing we would have liked would have been an information folder with details of where the shops, bus stops, doctors, hospitals etc are. Maybe there was one, but I couldn't find it. Also, if a small starter pack could be provided at a cost, this would be useful. We didn't ask about this, so maybe it is an option anyway. A 4 litre bottle of sin gas water was there for us to use, for which we were most grateful. This is in no way a criticism, just things that might be useful to first timers like us, particularly as we didn't hire a car. Playa Paraíso, a small modern town is down the hill. We had the best holiday. The location is great, we had such a lovely relaxing time. It's always a worry when you go to somewhere new, but we honestly had nothing to worry about. We really loved it here and hopefully will be back in the not too distant future and would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

Excellent complex
The complex is really suprisingly quiet and peaceful, even around the pools. The apartment is as described except that the washing machine was broken and was not repaired during our 12 day stay. We would recommend this apartment. Our only complaint was that the bedding was inadequate and we were initially very cold at night, however Maria provided us with lightweight duvets which rectified this problem.

Rigtig godt ophold
Det var et rigtig godt ophold. Lejligheden var rigtig rar at være i, dog spise vi kun morgenmad der og så spise vi frokost ved pool-baren. Pool området er bare helt i top! Vi vil helt sikkert komme igen!

Lovely apartment in a great complex
The apartment had everything we needed, was lovely and clean and the 2 balconies were a big bonus. The paradise complex is fantastic, lovely pool areas and beach bar with great food and drinks and friendly staff. Not far from the little town which comprises of some lovely restaurants and bars and shops. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back again.

Wij hebben genoten van het fijne apartement, met vier volwassenen. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon, prachtige zwembaden in het complex. Op de benedenverdieping een zitkamer met kleine keuken, ruime badkamer met bad en toilet, en eveneens ruime slaapkamer. Vanuit de zitkamer een trap naar de bovenverdieping die uit een erg ruime slaapkamer bestaat met zonneterras en badkamer met douche en toilet. Goede tweepersoonsbedden, en het geheel is smaakvol ingericht. Het apartement is laag gelegen, zodat er relatief weinig last wordt ondervonden van de vaak hogere bewolking op de hellingen van het eiland. Op loopafstand een kleine winkel met eerste levensbehoeften. Al met al een prima plek om relaxt van Tenerife te genieten.

Lovely quiet resort just outside Playa Paraiso with lovely pools and restaurant
The apartment is great with plenty of space and two super terraces. The pool area is superb and the pool bar and restaurant are excellent value for great food. The town is about a 20 minute walk with a local supermarket and several bars and restaurants. There is a small mini market 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, beautiful quiet and very clean
We really enjoyed our week at Adeje paradise. The complex was beautiful, and had a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The Apartment had everything we needed, plenty of room and it was very clean. Being located away from the tourist traps of Los Cristianos etc gave us a great location to explore the less visited parts of Tenerife (although you will need to hire a car) and we had a great stay. The onsite restaurant was also good quality and a reasonable price - an excellent bonus. The pool was also quite usable even though it was February.

We loved it!! Highly recommended for families
The apartment is well equipped, clean and cozy! As a family of 5 it was more than enough. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room with the kitchen. It has 2 terraces with good views. All appartements are painted in white giving you the impression you are in Santorini, haha it was lovely! Overall its peaceful and highly secured. Its around 20min away from las americas and the taxi will charge you around €20, however I could recommend renting a car if you would like to explore more the island. you can find deals around €25/30 per day without deposit. There are nearby supermarkets and some bars and restaurants around Hard Rock hotel which is a 10/15min walking journey however when coming back it may gets tiring because it’s uphill. You can take taxi which costs around €3/5. Playa paraiso is not the best but seriously we enjoyed so much being by the pool. It was amazing. The bar there also has fresh and tasty food which is also reasonable. We will totally come back here, we loved it!!! Thanks for our stay.

Really Lovely place........
The apartment is in a quiet area, with amazing sea views. The pool area is excellent with a large family pool, 2 smaller kids pools and a fourth large pool on the top floor, in a quieter area, this pool is a salt water pool. The Pool bar is excellent, serving reasonably priced food and drinks, from Breakfast at 9am to Dinner up to 9pm. It was so convenient we found ourselves there almost every day! You will need to hire a car if you want to explore more of the area, but for us, lounging by the pool and early family movie nights were perfect. If you walk around to the Hard Rock Hotel area (about 15 mins), there are a variety of bars and restaurants and a mini super market. The small shop at the top of the hill (only 3 mins) from the apartment had everything from freshly baked bread and cakes to fruit, essentials & wine and beer, so although a tad overpriced (to be expected) we found it very useful. Nearby Beaches are Porto Colon, with sea inflatables, water sports and many bars and restaurants. This is about a 10 minute Cab Ride (11 Euros), and Los Cristianos and Las Americas. However it was a real joy to be away from these commercial areas and beaches, as you are just constantly harassed bu sales people there, so I would recommend this place for quiet couple and family breaks. Don't come here if you are looking for party and nightlife! We will happily visit again. Thank you Jose, Laura & Fernando.x

un seul mot : parfait
nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, très bel appartement, tout à fait conforme à la description , très beau complexe, avec un petit bar très sympa à la piscine, sièges à disposition aux différentes piscines. Très bien accueillis à l'arrivée par Fernando et sa maman. Un seul mot : nous y retournerons très certainement. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Très belle résidence et vue magnifique de l'appartement.
La résidence est très belle et a beaucoup plu aux enfants: La piscine (chauffée mais tiède en vérité), le ping-pong ainsi que le restaurant (prix pas excessifs). Cette résidence est très bien située pour ceux qui veulent profiter des plages du sud et faire un saut jusqu'au volcan. Si on veut aller jusqu'à Santa Cruz, c'est un peu plus loin (1h) mais c'est de l'autoroute tout du long. L'appartement est calme, grand et très agréable avec ses 2 terrasses qui offrent des vues magnifiques et qui sont bien ensoleillées. Il est très fonctionnel (2 chambres/2 SdB) et présente toutes les commodités pour un séjour en famille (draps, serviettes, couverts, etc..). Nous l'avons beaucoup apprécié. Les seuls bémols pour lesquels je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles: On aurait aimé un ménage un peu plus important dans la cuisine (frigo inclus) avant notre arrivée et le sofa du salon est clairement à 'rafraîchir'. En conclusion, ça a été une belle semaine et recommandons cet appartement.

Lækkert sted
Super fanstastisk kompleks. Lækker pool område. God bar og restaurant med fri wifi område. Så super rent og vedligeholdt over alt. Kunne dog godt ønske mig at lejligheden var mere luksuriøs. Savnet møbler på 1 sal balkon hvor udsigten var så super. Sengene super fine. Køkknet meget spartansk. Mangler en genopfriskning.
