« Perfect little guest house within 10-15 minutes of everything Nashville has to offer. Quaint and safe neighborhood with plenty of dinning options close by. Hosts were communicative, accommodating, friendly, and thoughtful. Next time I’m in town I’ll definitely book again. I’d highly recommend staying here if visiting Nashville. »

« The property was great for our girls weekend! We loved coming back to the property after a day out exploring Franklin. The space is perfect for a family or small group and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The yard and property begged to be enjoyed. Staying here made our visit more enjoyable and we loved getting to meet Mark and Damon! »

« The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed all that Franklin has to offer. Highly recommend. Only regret is that we also booked two days in Nashville at another property. Easy day trips to Nashville would have been much preferable. »

« This was such a quiet, peaceful apartment in Nashville and such a great place to stay. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and it had every amenity we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area! »

« This is a cozy little studio in an excellent location! Lots of good restaurants and cute shops within walking distance. We loved that it was dog friendly. Everything was very clean, and we really enjoyed the variety of teas and coffees in the kitchen. Alece is a fantastic host with the hospitality that a southern girl like me always appreciates. « My husband and I loved this quaint place in East Nashville. It was far enough out of the city for peace and quiet yet a quick drive to downtown. We traveled with our dog and the backyard made it easy for her to get a bit of exercise and go potty. The place was very cute and just the perfect size for the two of us. Complimentary coffee was a treat and the bed and pillows was so comfy - we slept like rocks! We appreciated the time and attention put into the place. Thank you! »

« The host's were very pleasant people, the puppy cinnamon was adorable. Everything was great with exception for the bed. We cane back late one night they had the forest lit up with stars, it was very pretty. »

« Property was a perfect retreat after a couple long days in Nashville. Living room had games, books, and a great TV to wind down with. The beds were comfy and sheets were clean. I appreciated the fans, laundry baskets, blankets, soaps, towels, etc that made it feel more like home. Kitchen/laundry was clean. All around, a great property that I'd definitely stay at again! »
