« Condo was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our dog. We could have fit another couple there comfortably. We like to do a bit of hiking so this was conveniently located near Rt 93 to head north for all the foliage hikes. Approx 20 minutes to Franconia Notch and 1 hr to Crawford Notch area. The place was clean, bed was comfortable. Just to note - water pressure isn’t great in the shower and if you’re sensitive to smells, the lower level where the bedrooms are has a slight damp smell to...

« We are a little behind the times and this was our first time renting a vrbo, we had a wonderful stay! We stayed for four nights with our teenagers and their friend. It was very clean and comfortable, and Melinda was so nice about answering questions promptly and giving recommendations. We did a couple of day trips (Weir's Beach and Flume Gorge), enjoyed swimming at the Eddy up the road and had a nice meal at Coyote Grill.
