« When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM. »

« The room was clean. However we had the room at the very end of the hall. It was inconvenient. But they said that that was the only premier twin that they had. The bathroom was not up to par. The water didn’t go down the drain, so it kinda flooded. It was hard to fix the water temperature, I had to shower a few times with cold water. The staff had to adjust the water heater for me. There was no fridge in the room. They had a fridge in the lobby where you can store stuff. And not even a lot, maybe...

« The breakfast was good. Some of the front desk staff were very helpful, nice and informative. I’m giving it a poor rating because we had 2 huge roaches in our rooms and when I called the front desk and he was not apologetic at all and offered no resolution. I had to ask them to spray my room and vacuum it and it was never done! I was so grossed out. Also, it is a struggling getting a tricycle to come up to the hotel.
