« This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. »

« We only stayed one evening as the bed was broken, soap dispenser was broken, toilet paper holder was broken and freezer in fridge was filled with ice and not able to be used until defrosted. Contacted property and they offered to move us to a new room. Checked new room and bed was also broken in there. Advised them it is not safe to stay on their property and they offered us our original room back which made us leave and not come back. They did not offer a refund of any kind, only to move to...

« Un déjeuner continentale je sais ce que sais mais il y a une limite. Et je me suis fait dire par le gars de l’accueil qu’a 100$ la nuit pas assez cher payer pour avoir du beurre arachides. Donc pain blanc avec confiture au raisin et bagel. Le café si on peu appeler ça comme ça. Lors du départ , il c’est dit désolé! »

« The WORST service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The check in process took 39 minutes and I still don’t even know why. The girl at the front desk (young, blonde girl) was the least helpful any human could be. I kid you not, anything I asked her for she said no and did not offer any alternatives..just no we don’t have that or no we can’t do that for you. Then to top it off, the lady “helping” with the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my kids and me. We took yogurt out of the fridge and...

« Comme à chaque fois appartement parfait, très bien équipé. Literie très bonne et mobilier de qualité. Maintenant il est possible de dîner au bar, c’est parfait ! »

« The staff was unhelpful when my car was broken into; they would not assist in getting the number to the of or offer a garbage bag for the mess I was left with in the parking lot. Several other cars were broken into as well and the staff offered them no assistance. I understand from the police and the car rental company that this is a regular occurrence at this location. I will never stay at a La Quinta again because of the lack of any assistance or even concern for the safety of their customers....

« The repair of the room was not good. Our room door was jacked, we could see light around the entire perimeter and the folding security latch was loosely hanging by two screws. Not the best! »

« Everything was pretty nice but I was bummed to see there was no soap provided in the room. There is the bodywash in the shower but id also like a bar wrapped and available for me to use at the sink area. Also my door would close but the bottom half of the frame left a bit of a sliver to the outside which I think made the sound from the pool area even louder, so better sealing on the doors would be great.
