„The room was excellent, good size and with the hot tub it made for a very relaxing weekend. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside of the stay was the lack of a bed and breakfast option. However this should not detract from the stay as the food at Damon’s restaurant was excellent and good value for money.“

Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“

„The location of the hotel is perfect , literally on the doorstep of Lincoln Cathedral and the castle. Parking is opposite to the hotel - although it is a public car park and a fee charged by meter upto 24hour parking available. The hotel itself is lovely, well presented and very clean. „The place was cute, and the neighbor was very kind, he came out to talk to us when we were trying to figure out parking the first night. The drive isn’t big enough for any car larger than a Mini, but there’s ample space for parking on the curb. The only real downside was the amount of bugs within the property. Any corner that was looked at held spiders of considerable size. I don’t recommend this place to anyone who’s as sensitive to those things as I am. We sat on the back porch the first night ...
