Schöne Villa in Strandnähe

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus mit einer herrlichen Gartenanlage. Die Ausstattung ist reichlich. Wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt nur empfehlen. Der Strand El Portet ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, was sehr vorteilhaft ist, da die Parkplätze dort sehr begrenzt und schnell belegt sind.

Amazing!!! We had the chance to stay for 5weeks in the house. We didn't visit the area as we had 2 young children plus a 2months old baby and stayed at the pool and the nearby beach everyday and it was absolutely perfect!!! The beach is lovely and 10min walk with children (and no hills!), very family and children friendly with no cars nearby . The pool was also great: very (very!) warm and far enough from the house not to be a threat for the children under swimming ages. The house is also well oriented with the outside diner area looking North and not directly exposed to the burning sun from breakfast to diner. No noise disturbance in the area (3 or 4night of music from neighbouring houses in 5weeks). Even if it s not a lively area, the small walking distance supernarket makes fresh bread and croissants everyday from 8h30a.m. Communication was easy. Would love to come back.

Absolutely loved staying here, had a bery homely feel. Beds are comfortable, equipped kitchen, enjoyed having a few bbq’s. The pool was divine for those hot summer days, quality sunloungers, perfect place for a rested holiday. Couple of restaurants locally they have amazing food at good prices. Moraira town has excellent bars and restaurants. A car is recommended if you want to do a supermarket shop. Will most definitely book again.

Lovely villa, great location

Really lovely villa, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Plenty of different seating areas and lovely pool. Very peaceful. About a five minute walk to the El Portet beach and about a ten minute drive into Moraira. Everything we needed was there for us.

Relaxing holiday

Beautiful relaxing stay ideal location no hills . Air con was extremely welcome and communication was excellent. Only 20-30 min walk into the centre which was fantastic and we did almost every night . The restaurant at the the end of the street La casita is also fabulous would recommend their bbq nights. Gorgeous property with absolutely stunning and beautifully kept grounds! Spotlessly clean and the highlight for us was the gorgeous pool area. A genuine five minute walk to our favourite El Portet beach where you can enjoy a glass of sangria overlooking the sea. Twenty minute walk into Moraira town along the picturesque coastal path. Host Galina and Manager Daniela very responsive. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely villa, great location

The villa and pool are beautiful, spacious and well designed for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor spaces are amazing with a covered balcony to relax out of the sun. The garden is well maintained and spacious. The rooms were comfortable and suitable for the 6 adults. The location is perfect. We have visited El Portet for many years but this is our favourite place so far. No hills to battle with in the heat! The owner Galina and local contact Danielle were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Where we did need to make contact they were quick to respond to resolve. A short walk from the beach and it's lovely and quiet. The walk to Moraira is always part of the holiday and the villa is well placed for this stroll in the evening. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful in every way

We had a superb week in El Portet. The house is beautiful. Gorgeous pool and pool area. Lovely shaded seating areas and bbq area. Kitchen with everything you need. The garden in particular is just lovely with stunning bougainvillea and cacti. The location is spot on - a 4 minute walk to the beach, a handful of restaurants and a local shop serving freshly baked bread in the mornings. About 20 mins along the stunning coastal path to pretty Moraira and a wealth of restaurants, tapas bars and shops. We absolutely loved it and will be back!

Amazing location

We had a fabulous holiday in this lovely villa. The photos of the garden and pool area do not do it justice at all, it is huge and well maintained. The pool area exceptional and despite being quite overlooked it felt private. The inside could do with updating but that was not issue as we spent nearly all our time outdoors. All communication with Pamela was great and she is very friendly. There is a friendly bar and restaurant 2 minutes walk away and just a little further an idyllic beach with calm clear seas that boasts another 3 restaurants. There is a small supermarket at the end of the road and a large supermarket 5 minutes drive away. We spent a few days exploring some of the gorgeous towns and villages near by. We are looking forward to coming back and visiting more of this area.

perfect spot next to fabulous beach

The villa is in a perfect spot to take advantage of the beach and is in easy reach of the beautiful town of Moraira. Kitchen is very well equipped and there are plenty of areas outside for sunbathing by the pool or taking shelter during the hottest part of the day. A wonderful location and we hope to be back there again before too long.

Location location location

Our second year staying at this great property. We are a family with two kids under 3. The location of les rocailles is fantastic as you are just a 5 min walk from the beach and about 20 mins walk into moraira. The house is well equipped and the grounds are great for the kids to run around in. It’s well maintained and Tanya who looks after the property is super helpful and kind. There was a big storm during our stay and she proactively updated us on the local weather reports. Once the kids are in bed you can enjoy some peace outside on the terrace with a takeaway paella from Oasis and a tipple or two. Comfortable beds and linens and CBeebies on tv for those challenging times with toddlers(!) Thanks again for a lovely holiday.

Fabulous Five Star Plus Villa.

Just loved this villa. It was even better than the photos & description. I chose this villa initially for its location as it was a couple of minutes walk to El Portet & an easy 10/15 minute walk into Moraria & I did not want to have to use the car. The villa itself was immaculate and spacious, very well equipped and felt like home as soon as we walked in. The pool and outside garden were immaculate. It was so relaxing by the pool looking out onto the garden with its pretty shrubs and trees. The outside BBQ area was well used by us and had a fabulous atmosphere in the evenings overlooking the lit pool area. The terrace with its comfy seats was so relaxing first thing in the morning with a coffee before everyone woke & last thing in the evening ( this time with wine or 43!!) I can’t recommend this villa enough. I stayed here with my three adult children & it was ideal for us. We all agreed that we had an amazing family holiday. We would love to return again next year.

Exceeded all expectations!

This villa is even better than it looks in the photos. The garden and pool area is huge. Everything in the house is immaculate so we wouldn't hesitate to visit again or recommend this villa to others. It was our first time in the area and it is stunning. El Portet beach is 3 minutes walk from the house and is straight from a postcard. 15 minutes away is Moraira which is a gorgeous up market but yet down to earth place. We'll be back!
