„clean room nothing special“

„No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice ...

„Comfortable room with en suite shower room. Clean and spacious. In town so close to shops and entertainment. Close to transport links for Excel Exhibition centre and west end. Market day on a Friday.“

„Customer service: not great, they gave me key which did not work and had to come down to activate (i think it was not activated) and toilet, poor(clogged up) and duvet, was thin ( i think they forget to change as it was freezing minus) Overall, not happy. “

„the property was all in all good but we were right underneath the roof and the window didn‘t open and it was so so hot in our room. we had a fan but that also didn‘t work well and no air conditioning and it was almost unbearable hot. also, we stored our food in the fridge of the kitchen and one day it got all stolen so we had no food anymore. we then called the host and fortunately, he said we can order food and he will pay for it and he did so it was okay but it was still annoying. “

„I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code ...

„Das Hotel ist insgesamt so schmutzig, dass man keine Türklinke in die Hand nehmen möchte. In den Duschen schimmelt es, der Duschkopf wackelt und wenn man im EG das Fenster aufmacht, muss man befürchten, dass die Ratten ins Zimmer hüpfen!!“

„Für den Preis ist das Hotel völlig akzeptabel. Wir hatten kein Frühstück dabei deswegen kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen ausreichend“

„Das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft nicht richtig sauber, und im Bad lag ein stark unangenehmer Geruch. Zusätzlich wurde an der Rezeption geraucht, was ich als extrem störend empfunden habe. Insgesamt wirkte alles ungepflegt. Für mich ein klares No-Go. ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.“
