Hôtel près de The Avenues, Johannesbourg, Johannesbourg

« Very good location, secure, clean and very friendly staff. Highly recommended. »

« Excellent staff at the reception they helped me with the mistake that was made either by me or the provider I used they said I must give the thumbs up to the manager What you did left me tongue tight Keep up the good spirit you gave us »

« Hôtel accueillant. Chambre spacieuse.

« The photo and naming of "spa" was deceitful. The building in the photo is there and is beautiful, but my room was not in that building it was in the building next door. There was nobody there during arrival. I was let in by the owner's husband who happened to be passing by. When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. Since I was not issued a remote control to open the gate, I had to go to another room...

« The staff was excellent and the airport shuttle service was excellent »

« was disappointed that we booked a non-smoking room and received a smoking one - struggled to sleep as the smell was lingering . apart from this it was a fine stay. »

« This hotel is clean and the staff team is extremely helpful. However, there was no water 1 whole night and there was challenges with TV, Internet, and getting hot water. I changed room three times during my stay. »

« When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had not received payment from hotels.com. We could only check-in after paying again. Since we were tired after a long journey we paid for the room again. Now we a struggling to get a refund. The room was great. A bit noisy because it was next to a busy road with heavy trucks passing late at night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. »
