« Charming and very awesomely quirky farmhouse. Definitely like stepping back in time. Great vibe and atmosphere for a stay in The Berkshires. Much of the house is original, which makes it special. « Our stay at the Olde Kinderhook House couldn’t have been more perfect! The countryside setting was so beautiful and relaxing and the house was just as beautiful. « When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned. The host was at first responsive--but as we discovered that the TV didn't work, there were not enough plates even for two people, and no information about how to operate the mini-splits or gas stove, we realized that we could spend our vacation reaching out to the host to request repairs/guidance/replacement...or we could move to another property and enjoy ourselves.
