« This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. « Excellent village pub with great staff and atmosphere that matches its surroundings and in keeping with good old inn values. The chef provides a great variety of flavors and quality dishes all served hot and on hot plates. The stairs are somewhat challenging for the elderly and mobility impaired. I didn’t realize when booking that I could have requested a ground floor room. My bad - should have read the small print. Would definitely stay again if in the area. »

« The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners friendly and accommodating. The property was strategically located for our activities, including Sandringham, Houghton Hall and Gardens, and the Hunstanton through to Wells Next to the Sea area. It was convenient to our ancestral homes in Swaffham and Deopham. Went to the Samphire just over 1/2 mile down the road for a nice dinner. Picked up a few items at the shop across the street. Met some friendly couples at breakfast. »

« Chambre très petite, salle de bains minuscule, lit de 140cm, vue sur le jardin non entretenu,… L’accueil fut bref, nous aurions souhaité un plan de la ville mais cela est inexistant dans ce BB. Très très grande déception pour le petit déjeuner qui est industriel, du jamais vu! Petit pain emballé dans des sachets en plastique, les œufs sans goût, industriel je suppose, un bocal avec 5 amandes sur le buffet, café sans goût,… Les commentaires précédents ne correspondent absolument pas à la réalité,...
