„Ethan was very friendly and helpful even though he was working alone and had been let down by housekeeping staff not turning up to work. The same can’t be said for the young lady working the bar that evening, who was less than friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good quality and cooked and served speedily. Have visited the pub many times over the years and pleasantly surprised how much more comfortable it is now. Over all a great stay “

„Stimmungsvolles Landhotel. Verkehrsgünstige Lage. Hellhörige werden die Nahe Autobahn hören. Im Nebengebäude fanden an beiden Abenden Hochzeiten statt mit entsprechender Stimmung und Anzahl Gästen. Sehr gute Küche. Zimmer ok und sauber. TV war defekt. Obwohl reklamiert, war er am nächsten Tag immer noch nicht repariert. Daher der Abzug beim Komfort.“

„It felt like home. A short walk to the bus depot gave me access to all surrounding sites, or an easy 25 minute walk to city centre. Tea and coffee, juice and bread on hand. Two friendly dogs that were all talk at first became friends during the first encounter.“
