« I didn’t realize when I booked the hotel that there were no pet free rooms. I don’t have an issue with animals, but when you wake up covered in pet hair (cat presumably), you might take offense. I left a review with the property as well as my number for a call back, but I have not heard from them. Also, the bath gel had not been replenished before my stay, and judging from the state of my clothes - the sheets had not been changed prior to my arrival. « This was the worse looking hotel room I’ve ever been in. The ceiling was warping and cracked, the paint was chipped and falling, and the cover and sheets didn’t look well washed and pressed. I was in a nonsmoking room, but it was right next to a smoking room so I could smell cigarettes and weed. The staff was friendly, but hopefully I won’t have to stay here again »

« Absolutely disgusting experience. From the moment we arrived, the property looked nothing like what was expected. The entire place had a nasty odor that made it hard to even stay inside comfortably, and the rugs and furniture smelled horrible as well. The cleanliness throughout the property was unacceptable. The mattress and pullout couch were stained and filthy, and there were bugs crawling around on the bedding. The bathroom was also dirty, with visible stains, rust, grime, and buildup that...

« Breakfast was the only redeeming quality. We were told at check in that the hot tub was out of order for the duration of our stay, which was a huge selling point when picking this hotel. The shower had terrible water pressure and black mold. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the walls are very thin. On our second night, the elevator call button was broken. Will not be staying here again. »
