The floors are uneven and creaky, many surfaces stained, tile and caulking in the shower dirty. Loud AC fan. Staff was helpful though. I would not return. Unfortunately not the nicest stay in Johnson City. »

« Reservation non respectée! Le prix a été augmenter lors de notre arrivée. La durée du séjour a été écourtée d'une nuit lors de l'enregistrement. L'hôtel est délabrée et malpropre. la piscine non fonctionnelle. Le hall d'entrée est insalubre et l'odeur est dégoutante! Le personnel est indifférent à respecter les termes de la réservation (pourtant effectuée plus de 7 mois auparavent). Nous avons annulés notre réservation sur place. Endroit fortement déconseillé. »
