« This was my first time staying at a ranch and it was great! The skies were clear and they had a small telescope that I was able to use and point towards the moon and see the craters on the moon! Overall, it was great! »

« Little slice of serenity! Perfect location with lovely views and peace. Fantastic place to unplug with your mate and your fur baby. Great hikes and waterfalls within a small distance of driving. There is a winery within walking distance that we didnt have time to visit but looked fun. Very thoughtful touches in the Studio and amazing communication with our host! We will hopefully be back! »

« The property is really nice with a great view of the Columbia River. Convenient to shops and restaurants in Hood River. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooftop balcony is a great place to watch the sunset. The unit is well insulated so that you barely hear the trains. 3rd bedroom is very small (we didn’t use it so it wasn’t a problem. And garage parking is great but only if you have a smaller car. Would definitely recommend this property »

« Beautiful townhome located close to downtown Hood River with gorgeous views of Mount Adams and the Columbia River. Check-in and out process is easy and we had no problems. 3 good sized bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths was great for 6 adults to share. Kitchen is stocked with just about any appliance/kitchen tool one would need. We used the smoker/grill one night to make delicious burgers and brats-we are from Wisconsin! James was easy to contact. « We stayed at Hawks Perch for 6 nights. Check in was easy, the unit was clean and well stocked. We easily walked to several restaurants and shops, and truly enjoyed the view of wind surfers on the River. We had an excellent stay. »
