« Staff was friendly, room was clean and location was very quiet. »

« We were there for a family reunion at the rec center in HAYSVILLE KS. The lobby just inside the doors gave us the perfect place to continue with several family members also staying there »

« The whole 4th floor smelled bad. The rooms were not clean and the bathrooms had rust stains. »

« We never unpacked in our room. There were stains on the bed and mold in the shower. We stood at the front desk for 30 minutes and no one came so we left our keys and left the property. I tried to call the hotel 26 times in the next 24 hours and no one would answer. The front desk clerk hangs out in one of the rooms and watches a camera over the front desk. The swimming pool was green and had algae in it. This place looks like a rent by the hour place and needs shut down. »

« Do not recommend at all. The property looks abandoned, the inside is dirty, water stained, badly patched holes in the walls, the pool is closed. We went to the room and it was extremely small, stains and cigarette burns on the linens, and more of the same from the rest of the property. We had to leave and find another place to stay. »

« When we booked it we were told there was a smoking room and when we went to check in they told us they don't have smoking on the property so we didn't even stay there. We went back home. It ruined my birthday »

« We had booked 2 rooms. One room smelled like smoke horribly. The other rooms bathroom had a horrible leak shooting up to the ceiling and the shower curtain was moldy. The floor was soft so the water has been damaging the bathroom for awhile. Stains in sheets and burn holes in blankets. »

« I don’t like to give poor reviews, but sorry to say this place was not at all what I expected. Our room was spacious but very dirty. Not realizing at first, but as our stay went on we discovered how filthy the carpet was. Our feet were very dirty. Our shoes stuck to the carpet and the tike floors. Owner was very nice but that didn’t make up for the unclean feeling we had while there. »

« Convenient location helpful staff, had a room right by an outside door, very nice for older travelers.. surprisingly good breakfast, eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, biscuit and gravy, all done well »

« It had a fire and the reception area was disgusting. The staff person was cold and offered us to view the room first. We did and it was nasty. We choose to take a refund and left. »
