« More lighting in rooms »

« The room was clean, the bedding and bed were comfortable. I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 only because the surrounding area/location was very noisy and neither my daughter or I slept well. None of this was the hotel staff’s fault. We heard helicopters and motorcycles all night. But that isn’t the fault of the staff. Breakfast was also good. »

« Room phone didn’t work, getting linens for our pull out couch was almost impossible, the morning of our departure (we only stayed one night) we noticed ants all over the wall by the desk and crawling on the desk, pool was ice cold, the shower head sprayed in about 80 different directions, and the people directly above us seems to be running laps in their room until about midnight.
