Because of the inconvenience, they offered to put us in a different suite for the rest of our stay. It was very accommodating and provided amazing communication. »

« We chose this location due to its proximity to Leavenworth. The room was clean, nicely designed, had great internet access. I would rate this room a 5 star room, but do want to mention a few areas that could be improved. The front porch light is not able to be turned off (at least I didn't see a switch) there is a blind over the entry door that the center is glass, so there is a lot of light (about a 2" strip all the way down the blind) where front porch light bleeds through into the room....
