Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Our check-in was delayed, and while we were initially offered either a late check-out or an extra night as compensation, this was later withdrawn and we were asked to check out on time.For a three-bedroom apartment, we were only provided with one key, making it very inconvenient for my husband and I to come and go at different times.The Wi-Fi modem was disconnected, meaning there was no internet access during our stay. The TV is very old and not a smart TV, with limited channels. Our children were unable to watch Netflix or other standard streaming services that are typically available in holiday accommodation.There is only one air conditioner in the lounge room, and it automatically turns off after 30–40 minutes, requiring us to constantly turn it back on. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, making them extremely hot, especially with young children. A fan provided in the main room was extremely old and dusty, and when turned on it released dust and rust particles.The pool, which was advertised as a feature of the apartment, was very basic and unsuitable for families. No shade, no seating, no shelter, and no poolside chairs. There is nothing around the pool area, and you are forced to place towels on hard flooring. With young children, the lack of any shade made the pool area unusable. You also cannot bring a beach umbrella, as there is no grass or sand to secure it. Overall, the apartment did not meet expectat
