« Hotel vas very clean and modern. Room was well laid out and efficient. Bed was OK but we both woke up with a bit of a back ache. The sliding door to the bathroom was very heavy and ours was hard to close. It was also opaque glass and when the light was on it really lite up the darkened room. Not good when partner is trying to sleep. Parking was $10.00 a day extra but we knew about it when reserving. Breakfast was good, coffee in room was decafe only. »

« We stayed here for a soccer tournament and everything seemed fine until we returned to the hotel around 9:30 p.m., exhausted after a full day. When we opened the sofa bed, we discovered it had no mattress, making it unusable. The front desk informed us the hotel was sold out and had no mattress available. This was very disappointing because the room included a sofa bed, but it could not be used. »

« My room # 306 mini refrigerator was out of service. My food spoiled. At first, I thought that it was going to start cooking as the room wasn’t occupied. Hotels know what works in each room and what doesn’t. The tiny bar of soap in the bathroom is inconvenient. Is there a way to switch to liquid hand soap? It’s cleaner. »

« The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. There is a shared bathroom with one other room, but it was really clean and not an issue. Late check-in and early check-out is...

« Nice hotel, quite new. Rooms are big but a little bit noisy for those on the road side. Breakfast is not good at all, should be improved in term of quality. »
