„The property is great. I was traveling with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and nephew (16 yrs old). The unit has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It's a large space approximately 600 sqft. There is also parking which is a big plus in England. The unit does not indicate it has a washer and dryer but the picture of the unit clearly shows a washer. Unfortunately there's no dryer and since we were traveling during the winter it took a long time for the clothes to hang dry. We were in outer Birmingham ...

„A simple hotel in the middle of Stourbridge. Rooms are adequate in size, the bed is comfortable and there's a good shower in the bathroom. There was a problem with my room but it got sorted quickly and the staff were excellent. Small changes in the bathroom would help - a shelf above the sink so there's somewhere to put your stuff and similarly a soap dish in the shower would be really useful.“

„All the team were friendly and helpful through my stay. The food was of a good standard, only comment would be don't cover the hash browns in a morning as it makes them soggy (only done on the Monday morning)“

„Der Service ist sehr gut und freundlich. Die Zimmer werden nur auf einem Mindeststand aktuell gehalten, eher teils abgewohnt. Das Bad war mit wenig Druck bei der Dusche und teils nicht funktionieren Spülung / Abflüssen doch schon mit Mängeln behaftet. Lage mit direkter Buslinie durchaus gut, vor allem mit Nähe zur Uni / Konferenzzentrum.“
