« Beautiful hôtel with a great team. Room was super nice, large, confortable bed and spotless. You feel happy and relaxed in that place. Inca has a great décor and atmosphère,good is ok. Breakfast is very good and has choice. The bar thé Other Room Can male some improvment about food. Maybe that would be better to make good local good than mediterranean mezze with poor quality. « Spent a romantic weekend in Nairobi with my partner, and this apartment was the perfect choice. The apartment has modern decor, comfortable bedding, and great balcony views. In the evenings, we could enjoy candlelight dinners at nearby Kalamata restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. Exploring the city during the day was convenient, and we could return to enjoy private space in the apartment. Front desk also arranged airport transfer service for us - very thoughtful. »

« Really good location, shops, restaurants club nearby, withing walkable distance, everything else within 20-25 minute cab ride. Bed very comfortable. Good size balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Only 2 negatives, no washing machine and the traffic noise in the early morning is loud. Overall I really liked it and would definately return. »

« Als erstes musste ich in der Nacht 1 Stunde auf dem teuer bezahlen Flughafen Transfer warten obwohl abgemacht was das ich mit 3 Kleinkinder ankomme stand nur ein Kleinwagen wo nur mein Gepäck rein passt..diese Services kostet 28 US Dollar!!!! Sehr enttäuschend . Im Unterkunft angekommen sah alles im ersten Blick gut aus ....also eigentlich eine wunderschöne moderne Appartement nur mit der Hygiene waren die nicht wie wir uns es gewünscht hätten. « I booked a family apartment with two queen beds and when I checked it, it was just one queen bed. Contacted the property manager and he wanted me to send him more money to change apartments. There were four of us, so one had to sleep on the couch and one on the floor. »

« After I paid the whole amount on expediai went to the apartment and locked us out till we paid 21000 shillings extra, I will be reaching out to expedia to get my refund…the worst place to be please don’t go . »

« It was a scam. Got there, and they had nothing to book. Sent us to a slum location and then to another one that had no functioning street access. Took my money and didn't answer any calls for a refund. I had to initiate a credit card dispute with Expedia. Customer service was the worst. »
