« I asked at check-in if we would be given fresh towels each day and that did not happen. I had to call and ask after nobody freshened our room. The shower experience was also miserable. We somehow ended up in a wheelchair access room and the shower water went all over the floor getting our shoes soaked. The water drizzled out of the shower faucet and continually got very hot then very cold. »

There was kitchen sink, 4 burner stove, apartment size refrigerator and microwave. Also, per your request you could ask for other kitchen supplies listed on a card in the room. I was able to request a room without having to walk up steps due to medical issue. No walk in shower just step in tub. 1 lounge chair, and a desk type chair...
