« Love the room style »

« Un accueil au top (une petite attention pour notre "honeymoon" et mon anniversaire et la déco de Noël en plein moi d'août c'est carrément dépaysant ! »

« Breakfast was not too good. Indoor pool was cold the first day. We could not get in. It was reported and the second day it was good. The jets in the hottub were too strong at the top, so if you don't want to get your hair wet, better not turn them on. »

« Every room has a balcony that either looks out over the river or the shopping area. Room doors are well made so once closed, the noise does not bother you. We looked out over the shopping street and loved it. Usually noise keeps me awake but not here. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The pillows are too soft for my taste but are quality. »

« Beautiful property! The room was modern and very clean. The view of the mountains was spectacular and the overall location was great. You’re 5 minutes from The Island, and only 20 minutes from the Strip in Gatlinburg. Highly recommend. »

« We stayed 5 nights at Mill Springs and enjoyed very much.It was very clean and included everything we needed It is beautiful inside and out.It has great parking including lots of handicapped spaces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in several condos but Mill Springs is definetly the best. I can't think of anything that I would change about it. It is just a great place and we definetly will stay again. »

« The inky downside is that it’s a motel style with rooms opening to the parking lot »

« This was my favorite hotel of the whole trip. Plenty of room, everything was clean and well maintained. The only disappointment was the view from our room. We had the one in the corner of the hotel where you were facing the wall of the rest of the hotel. Overall we had the best experience here. »
