« This was our second time celebrating my husband’s birthday and our anniversary at Seven Oaks, and as always, the overall atmosphere was lovely. However, we were a bit disappointed with the room prep this stay. We found trash inside the nightstand, the bathroom bin was full, and the candle by the tub was non-functional. « Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. Ca plus l'absence de petit déjeuner ont raison de ma fidélité au GENEVA INN .... »

« Very clean hotel, staff was very nice and accommodating. Store has items you would need if you can’t get to the store. The only down side is that there is no hot tub and the pool is pretty small. Luckily my kids were the only ones swimming during our stay so it went smooth. Over all I would recommend and I would definitely return. »
