« I’ve stayed at the Emerald Grande on several occasions. The staff is always helpful. The rooms are always clean. The location is the best in Destin. My favorite part is the boat shuttle to the private beach. 10 out of 10 would recommend! »

« 2 night stay. Staff was very accommodation and pleasant. Hotel seemed a little older in a past life. You could see management had put some work in to make it appealing. Had a nice lounge area and outdoor seating. Complete with a limited bar and snacks for purchase (good for a quick late night sandwich). We did not use the pool, but we did see people in it. « Room was not ready for check in for another hour. They charge a $2.14”fee” at checkin but could not tell me what for. One of the desk clerks actually rolled his eyes. Expedia gives a total charge including taxes and “fees”. I was told that Expedia needs to get their info straight. It was NOT a non smoking facility. Several smokers outside the rooms to stink up the rooms and belongings. Multiple holes in the walls. Door could not be closed from the outside once in the room so I was forced to...

« This hotel was great! It felt modern and had good amenities. The splash pad was down for maintenance so that was a bummer but we still had fun in the pool and hot tub. The hours for everything were great and breakfast was good. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others! »

« Hôtel bien placé mais pas au top au niveau accueil, propreté et petit déjeuner. L’accueil n’est pas des plus chaud mais ça allait quand même. Foule au niveau du petit déjeuner avec une file d’attente pour avoir des gaufres ou une table déplus de 20 mnLa personne du petit déjeuner est très énergique mais à 8h59 elle accélère encore pour tout arrêter même s’il y encore la queue. La propreté générale est moyenne. Manque d’entretien global. »

« The place was beautiful in every aspect. The only part that was a little disappointing was that beach chairs cost money and you can’t bring your own. You can only book half day and full day and my kids don’t sit long enough to make it worth it so we stayed by the pool and just walked the beach. Everything else was amazing. »

When we got to our room, it was as described but the toilet had not been cleaned. Luckily, we always bring wipes and Lysol and took care of it ourselves.
