« Breakfast and coffee were good. Staff was unfamiliar with “new” computer system, so took very, very long to get checked in. Was given handicap accessible room, (not requested) where bathroom fixtures were not secure in the wall, and curtains not secure on tracks. »

Waited in lobby over 30 minutes (within view of front desk staff…they did not forget about us) and when I reapproached the front desk to inquire as to how much longer, suddenly they were able to find a room.
