« We have stayed her before and the stay was nice. But it seems this hotel has been taken over by a new owner and have let things slide. I called the day of check-in to see what the latest we could check-in. He could not answer my question. We got to the hotel. « The AC worked well, but noisy, and the TV was decent. A large room for the money, but the shower was gross, and the kitchen had roaches. The most disturbing part was their key card system. It required a new card with each entry because the door itself seemed to damage the strip. A two day stay went through six cards. »

« Un arrêt de 3 jours pour jouer un tournoi de bridge. Hotel confortable et accueil sympathique. Situé tout près du site du tournoi, c’était idéal pour nous. Nous avons une remorque et le stationnement est grand et facile d’accès. Un seul point faible le WiFi est très mauvais. »

« Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

« We had an amazing time! Customer service was incredible and everyone greeted us with a smile. I booked the room for my grandson's 9th birthday, and expected everything to be expensive. The prices were very reasonable for our family of 6. We're already looking to book when the outdoor activities open up! Thank you Okana and Expedia for making our mini vaca memorable! »
