We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. « Checked in early which was great after a 10 hour drive. But… was told to use self check in. First time being there had no clue that bracelets were room key. Kiosk provided room number we’re assigned to but had no clue that it was ready. So I ended up having to wait 10 minutes in line anyway. The person helping me wasn’t very knowledgeable.
