Schönes Hotel mit aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern
Schönes Hotel mit akzeptablen Restaurant, und sogar einer eigenen Bar. Der Dach-Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (abgeplatzte Kacheln) aber trotzdem angenehm, da abgeschottet. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam, teilweise sogar etwas zu viel des Guten (bis zu 4 "Kontaktaufnahmen" am Morgen trotz "Nichtstören" Hinweis - "Ausschlafen" war so leider nicht möglich)

Neues und modernes Hotel in der Mitte der Stadt
Saubere große Zimmer, modern ausgestattet. Schönes Hotel mit Sportbereich und Bad auf der Dachterrasse. Das Buffet (getrennt nach Frühstück, Mittag und Abend) ist ok aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Personal geht auf persönliche Wünsche gerne und spontan ein, allerdings ist das Serviceniveau bei einzelnen Mitarbeitern noch nicht durchgängig geschult. Demnächst erhält das Hotel die Genehmigung zur Eröffnung einer Bar, inkl. einer Ausschankgenehmigung für Alkohol.

Service/hygiene/cleanliness was excellent. Room condition could be improved. Had issues with TV in the room (with the set-up box) frequently. Other than this, every other aspect was great, especially the sumptuous breakfast! All in all, would say, very happy with stay.

Friendly hotel staff and choice of food at restaurant.I succumbed to their billboard size spa service ads plastered on elevators. I decided to get mani pedicure. The attendant didn’t have implements or more than 3 nail polishes- mani pedi was a joke. I complained to the hotel manager but no follow up, very disappointed.

Location is good. Staff are all very attentive. My bedroom suite for very big and very clean. Excellent range of toiletries. My only negative feedback is that there was bad faulty smell emitting from the wash basin area whenever i turn on the tap and use the sink. Please rectify this. Not pleasant to be washing your face with bad smell coming out from the sink.

The worst i had lot of issues although i Booked for two days i left the first day in hours it was dirty and moldy i called expedia to cancel for the second day and the management gave me a hard time .I have stayed in this property when they were new it was excellent can't imagine its rated 5 star by no means its a five star property

Lovely property, well located in town. The property was very nice and clean. Rooms were well appointed with all amenities. Good shower with high pressure. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant. Good breakfast selection. Uber easily available for trips around town.

Clean, comfortable smart hotel, recommended
Stayed here several times now, really like it. Marred a bit this time with my pre paid-room not being ready...... Jade cafe staff excellent, guest liaison lady did her very best, lovely bell boys, kind, helpful. Overall as good as always. I have tried other hotels in the past, but will continue to stay at the Hycinth. It was only one blip! Still highly recommended.
