Guest Access:

Guests have the entire home to themselves. The garage is locked and used for owner storage and is not accessible during the stay.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a newer residential neighbourhood in Thorold on the cusp of Niagara Falls, surrounded by family homes and other rentals. While the area isn’t especially walkable for restaurants or attractions, it offers a quieter place to stay while still being a short drive from Niagara’s main destinations. Lundy’s Lane, with plenty of restaurants, shops and everyday amenities, is nearby, and Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill are about 15 minutes away by car.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for getting around, as the neighbourhood is primarily residential and not within walking distance of major attractions or restaurants. Lundy’s Lane is a short drive away, while Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill are approximately 15 minutes by car. Uber and local taxi services are also available for convenient transportation throughout the Niagara area.



Other Things to Note:

Maximum occupancy is 11 guests. We are unable to accommodate additional or unregistered guests at any time, including daytime visitors. Please ensure all guests are included on the reservation, as our maximum occupancy and guest limits are strictly enforced.



Access to laundry machines is available for an additional fee. Please inquire.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests can enjoy a seamless, contactless check-in with a personalized keypad code provided before arrival. A backup key is also available in a secure lockbox if needed.



We respect our guests’ privacy and do not meet guests in person for check-in. Should you need anything before or during your stay, we’re happy to help and are most responsive through the booking platforms messaging system.
