Even though there's no official front desk, the support was quick when I had questions via text that solved my issues. The bed was medium firm, which I appreciated though if you like a fluffy mattress, this wasn't it. Overall, it's clear owners care for this property and everything was clean and functional. „This place was absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I like to stay close to Palm springs and this was a perfect location. Very private with nice pool and hot tub. The view of the mountains were absolutely amazing. We got to see the sunrise and the sunset. The property manager/owner was a phone call away if we needed anything. Love this place and we are coming back soon!“
