This 2,400+ SF home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two separate living rooms — enough space for up to 8 guests to spread out comfortably. Foothill views frame the day whether you're cooking breakfast for the group, settled into the second living room with a book, or gathered around the TV after a day in the park.

KITCHEN + DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, not just reheating — stock up at Village Market in town or the full grocery stores in Visalia on your way in, and make dinner the main event. Mornings start with the drip coffee maker and a view.

BEDROOMS
Three bedrooms, each with its own character:

Bedroom 1 — Queen bed with garden views and quiet AC comfort
Bedroom 2 — Double bed with crisp linens and calm, minimal styling. A single fold out bed kept in the closet is also available for extra sleeping capacity.
Bedroom 3 — Queen bed beneath a stained-glass accent that catches the evening light

Both living rooms offer additional sofa sleeping to reach the full 8-guest capacity.

BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms, both stocked with the essentials for the length of your stay — towels, toiletries, and the things you'd otherwise forget to pack.

A dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet means a Friday check-in doesn't require a Friday off. Take the call, close the laptop, walk to the river.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside to foothill views and your path down to the Kaweah — the same water that carves through granite a few miles upstream inside the park. Bring the dog, the fishing rods, and the kids' water shoes. EV charging and free parking right on the property.
