One of the 3 main doors that access the house and bedrooms was broken the entire time we stayed. I was promised by the property manager that the owner would compensate us for that but she would not do that. My wife and I could not sleep the first night due to that. Safety matters to me the most. We did not feel safe the first night at all. The handyman came the next morning and locked the door permanently with a 1” x 4” wood board. I thought of canceling our reservation the first day of our stay. I have requested one night to be refund but I was denied that.

Great spot by the river

We were celebrating my grandsons birthday and this was centrally located for everyone. It is a very large property with lots to do outside and in. We would like to come back in the spring or summer.

Disappointed

The location was beautiful, yard needed TLC, the deck needed repair, the rails were loose, the propane grill was filthy, carpets were stained, tv wasn’t available in master bedroom d/t cable ripped out of receiver, and unflushed bowel movement was left in one of the bathrooms, we cleaned all the facilities before use…

Not very comfortable

The house has a lot of potential and the owners are super sweet. I just think they have staff that are not doing a very good job at keeping up with their property. The main things that made out stay uncomfortable was: the spa never got warm, also there was chunks of dirt at the bottom & the water felt slimy, the ac set “set to schedule” which ranged from 73-75 degrees. But, the house was never below 79 degrees which made it really hard to sleep at night. Also, the back door didn’t lock at all which made us all very uneasy so my husband and I slept in the living room. The master bedroom was super hot & none of the outlets worked. Also, the grounds were very unkept and all the furniture outside was very dirty.

We loved the location, and the owner.

Although the maintenance folks could have done a better job, the private river front location and the easy communications with the owner overrode what may have been less than a 5 star rating from us. With a little TLC this property would be 6 stars. It's fantastic.

Great location

The location of the property was great. However there were several small issues with safety, cleanliness, and the big issue was the jacuzzi. We had several conversations with the host about the jacuzzi not heating up and nothing was resolved. Being that the jacuzzi was the main reason we booked this property it is why I have to rate this stay so low.

Relaxing Getaway

Kids, parents, and grandparents all had a fun relaxing getaway. The home was spacious, had lots of activities, and the window seats and river views were amazing. The sound of the river flowing once stepped outside was relaxing. Ladan, the host, was very kind and helpful when we had a few questions. If we go to Three Rivers again, I'll definitely look to rent this home again.

The property was located in a peaceful area. The river in the backyard was serene. Ladan was communicative and helpful. The furniture in the backyard could be cleaner for them to be usable. Other than that, our family enjoyed the property. It’s such a beautiful house. Thank you for having us!

Three Rivers stay

The house and property were beautiful! This home is uniquely situated in a setting where one can see and hear the river at any time. There is easy river access. The layout of the house is open and bright and roomy. We loved it! Thank you , Ladan for sharing your place with us!

Great lil getaway

Spent a few days with my family and pup- had a great time. House and creek in the back is beautiful and peaceful. Definitely be careful with current in the creek. Plenty of space. We had some work related issues but owner was super responsive. Would definitely go again.

Sequoia trip

We stayed for three nights and it was so fun. Our group of eight had plenty of room to sleep and things to keep us entertained. We enjoed the game room, hot tub, and the river behind the cabin.

Three Rivers Retreat

Had an amazing and relaxing time staying at this property. Our host Ladan was communicative and easy accessible with any questions or needs we had. This multiple acre retreat has a guest house on the property too. Our family loved the property and took daily and nightly walks. The sound of the river was tranquil and literally in our back yard. We would love to visit this property again in the summertime to take advantage of the weather and more outdoor use of the properties amenities.
