« Over a number of years we have stayed at lots of different hotels in India ranging from 2 star to 5 star and the Oshin Hotel in Kalpetta was the best for us. The standards of hygiene were excellent (no bugs in sight), all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and whatever we asked for e.g. iron and ironing board, extra coat hangers, more towels etc, were produced in moments. What makes this hotel extra special are the staff, every single one of them whether it was a housemaid, reception...

Even offered a packed breakfast for early starts to see animals. Made helpful suggestions so we got the best experience of the area (useful list of local attractions, accessibility and costs). « Das Resort ist wundervoll! Die Aussicht auf den Chembra Peak, der Garten bzw das Resort-Gelände, das Essen und vor allem das unglaublich tolle Personal machten meinen Aufenthalt besonders! Thomas, der Manager, liest den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und ist so nett. Die weitere Damen und Herren sind aufmerksam und nett! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte ein bisschen Schliff gebrauchen. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt aber in kleinster Weise negativ beeinflusst. »
