„The cabin was perfect for a family of 4. It was clean and we had everything we needed (dishes, cups, silverware, towels, even coffee). There were board games (trouble, scategories, scrabble) already there which my kids enjoyed. Be mindful that the driveway in is gravel and is narrow. Pulling in and backing up is tight but we managed with a Toyota Tundra. All in all we greatly enjoyed this stay !!!“

„It was a wonderful little cabin, we enjoyed our stay very much. Management neglected to update the listing title as the dock no longer exists. There is access to the river but no dock. We loved the location and the peace of the river.“

„The best dog friendly rental we have stayed in so far. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, nicely updated and the rustic decor charming. Scaly mountain is between Highlands NC and Dillard Ga, so close enough either way to enjoy shopping and restaurants but rural enough to feel like you live in the country. Lots of dog friendly hiking trails nearby. Loved the front porch with its swing and cool evenings, and the fire pit. Definitely recommend.“

I loved the fresh flowers, sitting on the back porch, and how well stocked the house was with towels and kitchen supplies. There was a perfect amount of seating in the living room for movie night. The house had ample room for our family of six. The owners were great with responding to messages quickly and they helped us out with extra sheets for an air mattress we brought.
