Wir haben uns nach Ankunft direkt wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut und sicher. Alles super zu Fuß oder mit Cab schnell zu erreichen.

The staff was very nice and their English was good. But the covers on my bed were old and had some stains. The bathroom was remodeled and looked great. Food at the buffet was very average.

Just to be a really good and clean hotel. Now they don’t clean the rooms properly, we find trash under bed. Also the bathroom are not clean well. Also You can heard all the noises from the street because the windows are not seal properly.

I always stay here when visiting the area. However, it appears the hotel has new staff and the service is not the same anymore. The room was dirty, remote for TV missing and loud conversations at 4:00am outside the elevator area. I was also not allowed to leave the premises, as I lost my parking pass and was asked to pay $13US or head back to the lobby and request a copy in order to leave. I would have requested the copy of the parking stub as requested but there was only one person working the front desk and over 15 people waiting to be check in and/or out. I tried addressing my concerns before I left but the staff did not have time to address my concerns and was handed a tablet in order to leave my feedback. I usually do not leave reviews but this time, I felt it i needed to leave/share feedback.

1st time and definitely not the last. Love that they have a spa, bar and that breakfast is included. There is also a lounge on each floor that has snacks and is also included. Parking is included and you can leave and return if needed and no addl fee is added for parking. Great stay

It’s convenient location - but the rooms do not look any near to what really are. The bed covers look old and dirty , the floor needed repair. Also they have a no refund cancellation term. I put in the wrong date and requested a refund since I placed the second order not even 5 min away. They don’t refund under any circumstances. I tried changing the date instead of cancelling and I was not able to do so. So basically I got charged for a full night over a 5 min booking.
