„I've stayed in a couple different places in Gaviotas. This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. The reviews are pretty much what you get. It can be a little noisy from the road but that's what tequila is for. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable ...

„Wasn’t sure where I was going, but when we arrived, I was in shock. Beautiful beachfront condo with a super large patio. This property is beautiful! Felt very safe, there was reserve parking and any security guard in the garage. I cooked meals for my family, ate on the patio, we drank our morning coffee listening to the ocean waves. Three bedroom two bath spacious condo. Will definitely return to this property.“
