« Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay. »

« This is a classic old-style cabin that reminded us of our childhood family trips in the 60’s. It’s not new, but a heck of a lot of fun if you’re in the right head space. Easily walked to town for dinner and to the shore. Clean and had everything we needed. »

« Clean house, accommodating host, nice big porch with TV, nice deck and yard for the dogs. It comes equipped with only the necessities, but it was a comfortable homebase for the week and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood on the point is walkable but you have to drive to find a good swimming spot. »

« We loved everything about the property. Definitely would stay again and recommend. Would suggest updating check-in instructions on the VRBO site pertaining to lock on back door. Assuming a new lock has a been installed since directions did not match appearance of lock ( no “screen”, no “checkmark). »

« Beautiful newly renovated home. Has everything you need for a great stay. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Pretty far out there but peaceful with a great view. Would definitely stay again if we head back that way. »

« We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The home was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay.The location was ideal – close to the lake, yet peaceful and private, which gave us the best of both worlds. « The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. « The cabin is so cute and cozy! Very comfortable. We slept great! The neighbors were very friendly and even invited us over! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The lake beach were amazing! We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The hosts are easy to contact. We will stay again! Love love the location! The only downside is there is no lake view from the cottage like we thought but easy lake access. We did not use the hot tub, washer/dryer or fire pit but those are great amenities! « 5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...
